Scooter Policy
- Reservations not necessary, first come first serve
- In order to operate a scooter, customers must have a valid driver's license
with their picture on it. Minors (16 & 17) must be accompanied by their
parent. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Each customer must read and sign a liability waiver, referred to as the
Release, Indemnity and ATV or Scooter Rental Agreement. A parent must sign
for all minors (under 18 year old) who want to operate an ATV or Scooter.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
- A Credit Card imprint is required on all Scooter rentals in the form of
Visa, Discover or MasterCard.
NO debit cards accepted!
- All customers are responsible for damages to the equipment they rent.
- Eye protection required, bring your own sunglasses.
