ATV Policy page

Reservations recommended. Walk-ins are welcomed.
Check-in time is 45 minutes prior to a scheduled departure.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a Visa, Discover or MasterCard.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance (weekday reservations) or 72 hours (weekend resrvations) will not be charged. No-shows or cancellations made less than 48/72 hours in advance will be charged full fare if we are unable to rent the machine.
In order to operate an ATV, customers must have a valid driver's license with their picture on it. Minors (16 & 17) must be accompanied by their parent. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Each customer must read and sign a liability waiver, referred to as the Release, Indemnity and ATV or Scooter Rental Agreement. A parent must sign for all minors (under 18 year old) who want to operate an ATV or Scooter. NO EXCEPTIONS!
A $500.00 authorization (per machine) is required on all ATV rentals in the form of Visa, Discover or MasterCard. NO debit cards accepted!
All customers are responsible for damages to the equipment they rent. Also, customers will be responsible for any cost incurred in the retrieval of any ATV, which are left on the trail for "non-mechanical" reasons (ie: customer who becomes involved in accidents rendering their ATV inoperable or renters who become stuck or run out of gas).
NO refunds due to weather (ie: Rain) Be prepared, bring rain gear!
